My Story
In 2009 I was diagnosed with the early stages of menopause. Immediately I was scheduled to see a Gynecologist. Around this time I and my husband started a new business.
My husband suggested that I try some of the new herbs to see if they would help. Two weeks later it was time for my Gynecologist visit. She asked me how I was doing. It was then that I realized I had not had a “hot flash” in the last 10 days. We were both surprised and she recommended that I keep on doing what I was doing.

My menopause came on so suddenly that it was overwhelming. I started taking our herbs not knowing if this would help. It worked and it allowed me to gradually ease into menopause with greatly reduced “hot flashes”, mood swings, and sleepless nights.

I am doing just fine now with our herbal and fruit blend. The only time I have any mild hot flashes is when I drink hot coffee or eat hot foods.
